Terms of Use
Access
CargoWatch is available only to registered client organisations and authorized users. There is no public entitlement to access, and accounts may be approved, suspended, or removed by CargoWatch or the relevant client administrator.
Acceptable use
Users must provide accurate operational information, protect their credentials, use the app only for approved cargo workflows, and avoid attempts to bypass security, access another client's data, disrupt the service, or upload unlawful or unsafe content.
Client data
CargoWatch records are operational records for the client organisation. Users are responsible for ensuring uploaded photos, notes, and cargo details are appropriate for the client workflow and comply with workplace requirements.
