CargoWatch is a private logistics platform for registered client organisations. The mobile app and dashboard are not intended for public self-registration.
Information we process
We process account identifiers, authentication records, dispatch and receipt records, cargo weights, vehicle and depot references, uploaded photos or documents, device and security logs, and operational timestamps needed to provide the service.
How we use information
Information is used to authenticate users, support cargo dispatch and receipt workflows, investigate discrepancies, protect the service, provide support, and meet contractual or legal obligations for client operations.
Sharing and retention
Data is shared only with the client organisation responsible for the account, approved service providers that help operate CargoWatch, or authorities when legally required. Records are retained for the period required by the client relationship, operational audit needs, and applicable law.
Contact and deletion requests
To request support, account removal, or deletion of personal data associated with a registered client account, email support@cargowatch.co.za. Some operational records may need to be retained where required for audits, contracts, security, or legal compliance.
